Stretch into a new season with our Goddess Within Workshop Series.
The first of our 2011 Goddess Within Workshop Series takes place this Saturday, March 19, at our Columbia River Gorge Lodge. These workshops coincide with the changing of the seasons:
Spring Equinox: March 19, 2011
Summer Solstice: June 25, 2011
Autumn Equinox: September 24, 2011
Winter Solstice: December 17, 2011
This Goddess Within workshops are for women only – a chance for women to recalibrate and reconnect with themselves and the natural world.
The retreats start with an optional yoga session with our own Latisha Heilman, who has been teaching yoga for almost 10 years. Open to the experience by opening the body, loosening any parts that may be constricted. Feel yourself here, now (or rather, there, then).
Spend the rest of the day exploring the seasonal energy of the Changing Seasons in the beautiful natural setting of our Columbia River Gorge Lodging. Reconnect with the real you through writing exercises, meditation, and guided exercises; feel how powerful you are. Facilitators Latisha Heilman and Rhea Wolf help make the day fun and rejuvenating.
It isn’t necessary to participate in all four of the Goddess Within Workshop Series; you are welcome to come to as many as you like. Yet think what a treat it would be to set one day aside for yourself, once a quarter. The simple act of giving yourself this gift – time to reflect, time to stretch, time to flow with the changing of seasons – is wonderful. Our Hood River Cabins are a short drive from Portland, so the retreats fit easily into one day. Participants coming from the Seattle, WA, or Eugene, OR, areas may want to consider making a weekend out of it. Overnight guests receive a 10% discount on the workshops.

Managed to get chanel bags earlier these days mainly because The yuletide season existing right from the dads and moms. Irrrm a sucker for chanel bags.
