At The Sanctuary, you will learn the art and science of quieting the mind, getting your body into a healthy state, expanding your heart, and settling into just being.

Private sessions: Traditionally, yoga is taught one-on-one, allowing the teacher to individualize the student’s practice to meet his specific needs. Private lessons are useful in developing your own home practice, as well as addressing any health concerns or injuries.
